Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.

  • A 10% surcharge applies to all Sunday appointments in-studio.

Time Management

  • A one hour time limit is provided per person.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, your service may need to be shortened or cancelled at full cost to avoid impacting other clients

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including change of mind or cancellation.

Hygiene, Allergies & Liability

  • All brushes, tools and products are sanitised between each client.

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions prior to the appointment.

  • Havva Makeup will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin complications or sensitivities that occur during or after the service.

  • A patch test can be arranged upon request before your appointment.

Bridal Bookings

  • The remaining balance for bridal bookings is due within 7 days prior to the wedding date.​

  • Any assistants required for larger bridal parties will be arranged based on availability and will incur an additional fee.
