Terms and Conditions
Bookings & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.

Your appointment is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received. If we do not receive the deposit within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the reserved slot will be made available to other clients.

Time Management
-
A one hour time limit is provided per person.

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your service may need to be shortened or cancelled at full cost to avoid impacting other clients

Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including change of mind or cancellation.

Hygiene, Allergies & Liability
-
All brushes, tools and products are sanitised between each client.

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions prior to the appointment.

Havva Makeup will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin complications or sensitivities that occur during or after the service.
-
A patch test can be arranged upon request before your appointment.

Bridal Bookings
-
The remaining balance for bridal bookings is due within 7 days prior to the wedding date.​
-
Any assistants required for larger bridal parties will be arranged based on availability and will incur an additional fee.
